Job Summary:

We are excited to welcome a passionate and motivated Cybersecurity Trainer to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong interest in cybersecurity to kickstart their career in the field. As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will be an integral part of our training programs, supporting the development and delivery of engaging and impactful cybersecurity training sessions.

Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Support: Collaborate with the senior trainers to assist in the development of cybersecurity training programs tailored to diverse audiences.

2. Training Delivery: Shadow experienced trainers during workshops, webinars, and on-site training sessions to gain hands-on experience in delivering engaging and interactive training.

3. Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of training materials, presentations, and practical exercises to enhance the training curriculum.

4. Subject Matter Learning: Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and technologies to become a subject matter expert.

5. Training Coordination: Assist in organising training sessions, coordinating logistics, and managing training materials.

6. Participant Engagement: Interact with training participants, addressing their questions, and facilitating discussions to ensure an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

7. Cybersecurity Awareness: Contribute to promoting cybersecurity awareness within organisations and the general public through workshops and community events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity and a strong desire to pursue a career in the industry.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, networking, and information security concepts (certifications are a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
