In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our client management efforts, building strong relationships with our valued clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Support: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.

2. Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with senior client managers to understand clients' cybersecurity requirements and assist in proposing tailored solutions.

3. Solution Coordination: Work closely with our cybersecurity experts to coordinate the delivery of solutions and services to meet clients' expectations.

4. Client Communication: Support communication with clients, keeping them informed about our cybersecurity offerings, updates, and industry insights.

5. Issue Resolution: Aid in resolving any concerns or issues raised by clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

6. Account Management: Assist in monitoring client accounts, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity industry to contribute valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn about our solutions and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to achieve shared goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude toward finding solutions.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role is a plus but not required.
